The Lodge has a footprint of over 10,000 square feet (~1/3 is off-limits). There is a finished common area of approx 3,500 sq ft. Includes a well-equipped kitchen, full laundry room, library with 1000's of books, pool room, lounge and bar, ping-pong table, board games, etc... bbq, pots & pans, glasses, china, cutlery, etc, are all included as is all bedding, pillows, towels, etc.

Huge "party room" (~2,500 sq ft - great for rainy days)! Extensive decks overlooking the Lake (southern exposure), large lakeside docks.
